Palworld Breeding Path Finder

Pick the Pals you own and your dream Pal. We work out a short route to reach it.

Quick answer: Add the Pals you already own, choose a target, and PalBreeder lists each breeding needed. Every Pal you hatch can be reused as a parent, so the route stays short.

How the Palworld breeding path finder works

Most Pals can be hatched from more than one pair of parents, and those parents are often Pals you can hatch yourself. The path finder starts from the Pals you already own, works out every Pal you can reach by breeding, and lists the breedings needed to reach your target.

Because a hatched Pal can be a parent in the next step, the route reuses Pals instead of starting over. Check any single step in the breeding calculator, or follow a Pal back through its ancestors in the breeding tree. Once you reach the right species, use the inheritance odds planner to breed for passive skills.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a specific Pal in Palworld by breeding?

Add the Pals you already own, pick the target and read the steps from top to bottom. Each step names the two parents and the Pal that hatches, and every Pal you hatch can be used as a parent in the steps after it.

Is the path the shortest possible?

It aims for as few breedings as possible by preferring recipes that add the fewest new steps, but it is a strong heuristic and not a proof of the absolute minimum. The methodology page explains the limits.

What if my target Pal cannot be reached?

The tool tells you when no route exists from the Pals you listed. Add more Pals you can catch or already have, and it searches again with the extra options.

Are my Pals saved?

Your list is stored only in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back. Nothing is sent to a server.
